| We are located in North Georgia and specialize in the red nose American Pit Bull Terrier. All of our pit bulls are Dual Registered with the ADBA and UKC, with Purple Ribbon, Champion and Grand Champion Old Family Red Nose bloodlines in their background. Bryant's Red Devils not only produces puppies for the "discriminating" buyer but for those individuals or families willing to make a lifetime commitment to one of our dogs... We sincerely believe the "American Pit Bull Terrier" is NOT the dog for everyone. They are a dog for an individual or family willing to make a lifetime commitment to these animals in regards to its care, early puppy socialization, and introduction to "all" facets of life. | |

We take our dogs on hikes in the North Georgia mountains (which are right behind our home) on the weekends
and almost daily when the weather is nice. We have 4 acres that we live on very close to Cartersville, GA.
Our kids, as well as us adults, are always giving them the
attention and play that they need. Pit bulls are a high energy
breed and need lots of exercise to keep them in good health, both mentally and physically.
We are hobby breeders that only have 1-2 litters of puppies per year, making it difficult for most to purchase a dog from us. I have a degree in Accounting and a degree in Computer Science and my husband Mike is a supervisor for a construction company. We do NOT make a living doing this, we do it because we love pit bulls and my husband enjoys hunting wild hogs with them. Because we do not breed often, what we charge for our puppies barely covers the costs for vet bills, food and general care. There is rarely a profit to be made. We try to price our dogs fairly at a working man's price. We do this so that the average, hard working man or woman, can afford a great, well bred dog, without making them go broke :-) We strive to produce, quality, healthy, even-tempered red nose pit bulls with the ability to do it all! We feel that some breeders are just contributing to the problem with homeless pits, especially those without experience that are breeding low quality animals. We feel that by breeding high quality pit bulls we are helping to ensure the breed's future. All of our adult dogs have been trained to hunt wild boar here in the North Georgia mountains. So all of our pit bulls grow up to be working pit bulls. We only keep a few dogs in our yard so that we can give them the attention and socialization that they deserve. Pit Bull puppies usually reach their maximum height at 1 year old and keep widening out until they reach full maturity around 3 years of age. |

We are proud to say that we do NOT breed for size!
All of our dogs are from 55-85 lbs. as the ideal American Pit Bull
Terrier should be. NOT the extremely large Pit Bulls that some breeders are putting
into their breeding programs!!! To me, some of these dogs look just plain freaky and do not even
resemble a pit bull. Pit Bulls should not be over 100 lbs., when conditioned correctly, and if
they are around 100 lbs., they should have a proportionate body structure to their
weight. We feel that 80-90 lbs. is fine for a male but females should not get that
large if they are conditioned correctly. Pit bulls were originally around 30-50 lbs. giving them the
stamina and endurance they needed while fighting.
Pit Bulls that are extremely large, or too short, usually do not have the stamina or athletic ability that a pit bull is known for. Overly large pit bulls are also known to loose their breath more quickly than a smaller pit, and are basically bred for looks as trophy dogs rather than for functionality. We are trying to preserve this breed. We feel that a pit bull can look tough while being functional. We are breeding for a well-rounded Pit Bull that is not too short and not too tall with a high prey drive. Our dogs have Old Family Red Nose bloodlines that are out-crossed with game dog bloodlines giving them a slightly smaller size and an extremely high prey drive along with an excellent temperment. Nice head and bone structure is a plus. The high prey drive is geared toward animals for hunting purposes. Every dog we have produced has done great with hunting wild boars. They hit hard and stay on for the ride, just as any pit bull with TRUE GAME will do. We make sure that all of our dogs are well socialized with both adults and young children. Our kids, which are now ages 5 and 7 years old, play with our dogs daily. Our pit bulls are extremely gentle with our kids and VERY protective of them. We feel that our pit bulls have the beauty and drive that define the Red Nose American Pit Bull Terrier! If you want to bash on our dogs or are a part of some insane animal rights group such as PETA that believes in any kind of breed prejudice, then take yourself ELSEWHERE. However, if you are a pit bull lover who believes as we do, then by all means, stay and look around awhile! We know you will enjoy our website because we have some of the finest Old Family Red Nose Pit Bulls to be found ANYWHERE. We have various shades of red nose American Pit Bull Terriers. We have chocolate red nose pit bulls. We also have red red nose pit bulls as well as buckskin red nose pit bulls. We even have produced tri-colored red nose pit bulls with a beautiful chocolate and tan coat. All of our dogs have red noses and either have green or yellow eyes or even gold or amber colored eyes. We Do Not Sell/Use Our Dogs for Illegal Purposes! |
